GE and Shanghai Volkswagen are two of our main OEM clients, and that lets you know that we have the ability to meet buyer specifications with precision, and that our standards for quality are high. In fact, to ensure optimum performance in our lamps, we source key components from Germany and Japan. Thirty percent of the filaments and 40 percent of the bases we use are made in Japan.
More than US$8 million invested in two factories
Our first factory was built in Taipei, Taiwan in 1973 and our second factory was built in 1991 in Shanghai, China. We have recently expanded our festoon lamp production, and invested in S-8 wedge base lamp manufacturing equipment. In 2004, we have built our third factory for producing auto HID head hights to complete our services for the automotive lamp market. With US$2 million in total capital investment, our TS16949 certified production process is 60% automated, 20% semi-automated, and 20% manual.
Guaranteed delivery and an increasing capacity
Delivery is guaranteed in 60 days or negotiable. Currently, we employ over 450 people, with a production capacity of 90,000,000 lamps per year.
